Propel Replays identifies Facebook traffic by looking for the fbclid parameter in the URL when shoppers are referred to your site from Facebook. Facebook appends this to all outgoing links - both paid and organic/unpaid.
Because of this, Propel Replays has no way to determine whether a visit from Facebook is paid or unpaid.
To resolve this, we recommend adding a UTM parameter to the URLs to your site in your Facebook ads (e.g., utm_medium=paid). This will help our app, and any other apps you may be using, identify paid traffic from Facebook.

We recommend using the medium parameter for this, therefore links to your site from Facebook would look something like: yousitename.com?utm_medium=paid
