The number of visitors to your shop won't match the number of sessions recorded for several reasons:
- In order to preserve your pageview quota for real shoppers, Propel Replays filters out as many bot visits as possible. Bots like the Shopify page speed bot visit your shop multiple times a day. We've put in place measures to prevent most of these bot visits from being recorded.
- Some sessions are too short for our app to generate a recording from.
- If a visitor has javascript disabled in their browser, is using a really old browser or has an extremely slow internet connection, Propel Replays won't be able to generate a recording.
