The replay player has a default setting enabled called "skip inactive".
If a shopper is making no movements on the screen (moving their mouse, clicking things, etc), the replayer will fast forward quickly through those parts. Playback at normal speed resumes if / when the shopper makes a movement.
To disable that feature while viewing a video, please click on the "skip inactive" toggle.
